The HP NC510F PCIe 10 Gigabit Server Adapter is an x8 PCI Express (PCIe) 10 Gigabit Ethernet SR (10GBASE-SR fiber optic) network solution that offers the highest bandwidth available in an HP ProLiant Ethernet adapter. This high-performance, multifunction server adapter is capable of supporting TCP/IP Offload Engine (TOE), accelerated Internet Small Computer System Interface (iSCSI), and Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) over a single network connection. The HP NC510F PCIe 10 Gigabit Server Adapter is ideal for a host of demanding applications, meeting the needs of the next-generation datacenter.

VLANs increase security by isolating traffic between users. Limiting the broadcast traffic to within the same VLAN domain also improves performance. IEEE quality of service (QoS) 802.1p tagging enables the adapter to mark or tag frames with a priority level across a QoS-aware network for improved traffic flow. |
